My name is Noriyasu Maehara, President and Representative Director of NM5 Consultant.

Our company is committed to contributing to the realization of a low-carbon society through the development of air conditioning control systems that enable energy-saving heat source equipment, new project planning, and efficient energy-saving operations.

For nearly 40 years, I have been involved in the design, construction, and operation of district heating and cooling plants, primarily in Southeast Asia and China. The trust-based relationships I have built with our clients and equipment suppliers through this experience form the foundation of our business.

Currently, we also serve as the official distributor in Japan for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Shanghai Air Conditioning Systems Co., Ltd., handling the sales of air conditioning control systems. Together with our long-established network and highly skilled staff, we will continue to promote initiatives aimed at reducing carbon emissions in the air conditioning sector.

At the MGM Macau project, we received the ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers) Technology Award (Honorable Mention).

This award recognizes the implementation of an AI-based optimal automatic operation system for air conditioning facilities, which was highly evaluated by one of the world’s most prestigious organizations in the field of HVAC engineering.

The representative, during his tenure at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, was involved in district heating and cooling plant construction projects in Singapore, Malaysia, Macau, and China.

We provide engineering support for district heating and cooling plants.

Development of Heat Source Equipment Control Systems

For overseas district heating and cooling plant projects, we have implemented advanced control systems incorporating AI-based technologies, developed by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Shanghai Air Conditioning Co., Ltd.

These systems have also been delivered in Japan, significantly contributing to energy-efficient operations for our clients’ facilities.

Comprehensive Support for Overseas Procurement

We have extensive experience in handling heat source equipment in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, and have established a strong procurement network with overseas manufacturers.

In addition, through our office in China, we maintain a robust information network with local manufacturers, enabling us to support procurement from Chinese companies based on our clients’ needs.
